Tuition support & educational assistance Purpose: The Safety Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Safety team to help ensure all work performed across the Tacada Group of Companies is conducted in a secure, healthy, and compliant manner. This position also serves as the primary reception support, ensuring professional front-office operations through telephone reception, mail distribution, courier coordination, and visitor assistance.

Key Objectives
Conduct monthly office and fire extinguisher inspections.
Track and maintain monthly fleet mileage records.
Coordinate and schedule all required field safety training.




Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling and service coordination.
Process invoices and other department-related expenses.
Reconcile company credit card statements accurately and on time.
Provide administrative and operational support to managers and field staff regarding fleet maintenance and required vehicle services.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Perform general reception duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
Prepare outgoing courier and carrier packages, including coordinating pickups and maintaining shipping records as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with trade partners, managers & field staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in managing trade partners
