Assess residents’ physical therapy requirements
Formulate and document individualized care approaches
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for care consistency
Track and maintain residents' therapy statistics
Assist in supervising volunteers and fellow employees Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Canadian Physio or Occupational Therapy program
Member of the Alberta College of Physio Therapists
Preferred AADL Authorizer status
Knowledge of MDS and/or RAI systems is beneficial
Robust communication and organizational skills Support the health and dignity of seniors as a Physio Therapist with AgeCare in Calgary.
