I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire talented graduates interested Quantitative Research.

Compensation: Up to 180k CAD 1st Year Compensation

Location: Montreal (Hybrid)

What you'll be working on:
Monitor systematic trading strategies and investigate unusual behavior, performance, or technical issues in live trading.
Analyze and validate financial data, trades, and strategy outputs to identify discrepancies and understand what is happening in the market.
Develop scripts and analytical tools to support traders and quantitative researchers, while improving the reliability and efficiency of trading processes.
Troubleshoot issues across data, software, and trading systems, including investigating problems that arise during or after market hours.




Contribute to longer-term projects involving strategy analysis, trading infrastructure, data, and quantitative research.

What we're looking for:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and or Mathematics
Previous exposure to trading or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
A genuine interest in technology and a desire to stay up to date with contemporary tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
