Manage multiple multifamily development projects simultaneously
Set project priorities and reporting requirements
Guide projects from feasibility through to turnover




Maintain project visibility and address key decision points
Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines and costs Requirements:
Experience in residential development management
Solid skills in budgeting and project scheduling
Knowledge of the municipal approval processes
Ability to resolve design issues collaboratively
