Our client located in Oakville is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to add to their team.

Our client offers:

• Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing dedicated account assistance to corporate clients to cultivate robust customer relationships and client retention.


• Identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to deliver tailored product and service solutions to existing accounts.


• Assisting business clients with online ordering systems, account inquiries, and portal management.


• Resolving client account, order, and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


• Overseeing inventory allocation and stock management relative to incoming client orders.


• Collaborating across operational and sales departments to maintain operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).


• Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent practical experience.


• Previous customer service,
  
  
  
  sales support, or account coordination, ideally within technology or related sectors.


• Technical aptitude with solid proficiency in MS Office tools


• Strong problem‑solving capability


• Demonstrated organizational and time‑management capabilities.
