Reporting directly to theManager of Canadian Operations, this position goes beyond day-to-day execution and plays a critical role as an educator, mentor, and strategic advisor to both internal teams and external clients.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed leader with deep regulatory expertise who can mitigate risk, improve compliance accuracy, and provide trusted guidance to both operations and client stakeholders. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Customs RatingEnsure all CAD are prepared accurately and submitted within CBSA pre- and post-payment timelinesHarmonized System Tariff ClassificationFreight, Canadian Customs, and U.S.
