As the manager, you'll handle preventive and emergency maintenance, ensuring the community's appearance and functionality.

Your role includes responding to resident requests and coordinating contracts with outside service vendors for specialized repairs. Effective scheduling and budgeting will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Manage preventive and unplanned maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Schedule housekeeping practices and tasks
