Diagnose and treat head and neck disorders comprehensively
Engage in resident education and mentorship
Manage 1:5 or 1:6 on-call duties effectively
Ensure patient safety during hospital transfers
Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers Requirements:
Eligibility with CMPA and CPSBC is mandatory
FRCSC eligibility preferred
Experience in Head and Neck surgical practices
Interest in broad otolaryngology is desirable
