Manage daily therapeutic recreation services for residents
Conduct assessments to tailor recreation programs
Design and implement engaging activities for seniors
Communicate recreation prospects effectively with staff
Ensure department compliance with regulatory standards Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
At least three years’ experience with senior populations
Certifications in wellness interventions are an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
