Reporting to the School Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering specialized technical support and managing support systems.

Recent graduates with a diploma in IT or related fields are encouraged to apply, especially those experienced in customer service. Collaborate with faculty on technology needs to enhance educational experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver IT support via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and activities
Troubleshoot issues for faculty using the Collaborative Network




Research and manage computer supply inventory
Assist with hardware installations and maintenance in labs Requirements:
Educational background in Information Technology or similar field
Customer service experience preferred
Comfort with digital systems and virtual settings
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
