Pursuit Collection is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the Columbia Icefield Jasper area. This in office, full time seasonal leadership role focuses on directing culinary operations for multiple venues within our resort complex, while maintaining high standards of quality and guest service.
You will manage budgeting, menu development, staff training, and compliance with sanitation and HACCP standards, ensuring exceptional dining experiences in a remote Jasper setting.
