Develop personalized student learning plans
Organize and facilitate study skills workshops
Provide ongoing individual support to students
Advise students about available resources
Monitor and follow up on student progress Requirements:
Two-year diploma in Human Services or related fields
Four years of relevant experience in social services
Valid Criminal Record Check
Robust communication and organization skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently Support and guide students on their academic journey at Northern College.
