This key role requires you to develop test plans, track issues, and help implement effective customer training methods. Overseeing mobile app releases while ensuring compliance with app store standards forms a crucial part of this position. Key Responsibilities:
Execute test strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Track and document software defects through bug-tracking methods
Communicate QA results and gather user feedback
Oversee customer training initiatives for mobile/web apps
Manage releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 2 years in a QA capacity
Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and MySQL
Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
