Lead the Health and Total Rewards programs at the City of Richmond Hill. This permanent full time position calls for strategic leadership in employee well-being and compliance initiatives. As Manager of Health & Total Rewards, you will design and implement strategies that promote organizational performance and meet legislative compliance.

Your role will encompass overseeing compensation, perks, and health safety programs while mentoring a cross-functional team. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will provide expert advice to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Total Rewards and disability management strategies
Advise senior leaders on health and safety compliance




Evaluate compensation and perks programs for effectiveness
Develop governance frameworks to ensure operational consistency
Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years in HR or Total Rewards experience
At least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
CHRL or CHRP designation preferred
