Join Arc’teryx as a North America Retail Facilities Specialist, where you will manage essential maintenance and repair projects within various retail stores. Engage in hybrid work from our North Vancouver headquarters and bring your mechanical and plumbing insights to the forefront. In this key role, you will facilitate the proper execution of preventative maintenance while actively managing service requests with our vendor network.

You will work collaboratively with the Store Development team to align on business goals and operational excellence in maintaining stores. Key Responsibilities:
Execute preventative maintenance program throughout retail stores
Lead minor improvements and store refresh initiatives
Manage utilities set-up and decommissioning




Maintain supplier partnerships for facilities services
Oversee after-hours emergency services and repairs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business or management
Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management
Detail-oriented and highly organized approach
Travel 25% of the time to North American markets
Proven abilities in communication and team collaboration Foster a well-maintained workplace across Arc’teryx stores and elevate customer experience through proactive facilities management.
