Join Island Health as a Manager for Multi-Site Public Health Programs. Guide a team in providing clinical leadership and improve health outcomes across Central Island. This full time position requires you to deliver operational and strategic direction for health enhancement and prevention services.

Reporting to the Director, Public Health, you will work in collaboration with management and community partners. Your focus will be on ensuring quality and equitable service across diverse health departments. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical leadership across health service settings
Supervise nursing and healthcare staff at levels 4 or 5
Coordinate service delivery across multiple sites
Facilitate financial management and operational planning
Promote quality improvement practices and principles Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Seven years of public health management experience
Solid leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with Child Youth and Family Public Health
Experience in health policy development Enhance public health initiatives while leading a dedicated team at Island Health.
