As a full time, permanent Manager, you will spearhead initiatives improving student engagement, graduate training, and industry collaboration.

You'll ensure that programs are aligned with innovation priorities by utilizing data-driven insights and market intelligence. Leading a motivated team, you will foster partnerships that bridge gaps and drive talent retention and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enhance the Commercialization Talent Framework
Manage talent programs across various stakeholder levels




Develop and recommend funding models and investment priorities
Represent Alberta Innovates in collaboration efforts
Monitor and assess innovation workforce trends Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
At least 8 years of program management experience
2 years of leadership in multidisciplinary environments
Experience in creating stakeholder relationships
