This position requires strategic oversight of tooling operations, effective team mentorship, and supervision of tool setups. Manage tooling operations and supervise team effectively
Ensure proper setup of tools for production changes
Oversee maintenance and repair operations of tooling
Assist troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis

Tool and Die Certification or equivalent education
8+ years in tool and die/stamping experience
