What you will be doing:
- Daily leadership of direct reports for process compliance (quality/throughput/safety)
- Process set-up sheet development; mold transfers; fine-tuning machine settings/cycle times; preventive maintenance; customer/supplier liaison; production/shipping reporting
What you must have:
- Hands-on technical injection molding and leadership experience
- 2+ years plastic injection molding experience
- 5+ years mechanical experience
- 2+ years leadership/coaching experience (client open to a current Lead Hand ready for the next step)
Salary/Rate Range: $32.50 – $34.50
