We are seeking a qualified and personable Call Center Representative to join our team. This Part time position available in the Westbury, NY location of a Dental Administration Office for the position of Customer Service Representative/Clerical Worker, working in our call center.

Up to 24 hours per week

Work hours - 8:45 AM - 4:40 PM

This position is NOT REMOTE.

Training provided

Responsibilities
Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
Verify eligibility, and breakdown of schedules
Maintain detailed records of client interactions
Review audits and/or policies
Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
Other diversified clerical duties.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Highly organized with robust time management skills

Compensation: $17.25 per hourDDS is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with over 40 years experience in providing administrative services for self-insured group dental plans.
