This leadership role entails direct interaction with participants and leadership responsibilities to ensure a secure workplace for all. Your actions and decisions will play a pivotal role in daily operations and client safety. Key Responsibilities:
Assign and manage Monitor shifts
Train staff in safety and security protocols
Supervise entry screenings and patrols
Maintain records of incidents and safety compliance
Act as a role model and support for clients Requirements:
One year related experience in security or services
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Must pass background and fingerprint checks
Completion of required safety training within a month
Clean driving record for transportation tasks preferred Make a meaningful impact on client safety at VOALA.
