Elevate Ontario's Legislative Assembly’s food services as the recent Director. Lead a committed team to ensure quality, safety, and exceptional customer experiences in food operations. In this leadership role, you will direct all aspects of the Parliamentary Food Services, reporting directly to the Executive Director.

Collaborate with management teams to gather insights and set strategic objectives, while focusing on the delivery of high-quality food services. This position is rooted in integrity and aims to foster an inclusive work setting for all staff members. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management of food services operations
Direct food production across catering and dining services
Work with management to develop and implement service goals




Drive annual revenue targets and budget recommendations
Manage staff development and performance oversight Requirements:
Educational background in Food Services Management or equivalent
Five years’ experience in managing food service operations
Knowledge of private club environments is a plus
Robust grasp of customer service and safety practices
