Personnel is on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage around four cases weekly within a team-oriented and multi-disciplinary team.

Your role will involve thorough person-centred assessments and recommendations for major adaptations and equipment, ensuring safety in clients’ living environments. Independence and effective case management are pivotal in your everyday tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Recommend major adaptations and complex equipment
Complete holistic assessments and support planning




Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on client duties
Apply knowledge of relevant legislation for secure living
Handle and progress complex cases independently Requirements:
Registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in major adaptations and manual handling
Confident in independent and team scenarios
Skilled in prioritising and managing complex workloads
