Join HDR as a Senior Construction Engineer and play a key role in transforming urban infrastructure with the Ontario Line project. Focus on overseeing major bridge construction while collaborating with various stakeholders. As a Senior Construction Engineer, you will be embedded in HDR’s Transportation - Construction Services team, focusing on two segmental bridges for the Don Valley Crossing in Toronto.

In this role, you'll ensure compliance with construction documents, manage contractor interactions, and lead safety and quality assurance initiatives, while also providing mentorship to junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
Full time engagement at the construction site
Ensure work meets specifications and codes




Collaborate with contractors and project managers
Oversee and document construction progress
Mentor and train junior engineering personnel Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
At least 10 years in construction practices
Must hold a relevant Skilled Engineer license
Proficiency in construction management tools
