The Mine/Production Supervisor at Windsor Salt’s Pugwash operation will provide technical knowledge, operations experience, and leadership to ensure protected, productive rock salt production. You will oversee shift teams and coordinate daily activities across surface and underground mining operations.
You will monitor performance, complete shift logs, conduct safety audits, and adapt plans to meet production and quality targets while maintaining a solid safety culture and teamwork.
