Our partner, a Global company in the transportation and logistics sector with a high volume of upcoming hires, is looking for their next colleague to join their talent acquisition team. The role is focused on operational recruitment within a warehouse / supply chain environment.

Job Type: Temporary contract for a 5-month period (possibility of extension)

Location: Remote (In-person training)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions


• Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous)


• Collaborate closely with hiring managers


• Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews


• Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication


• Utilize ADP software


• Maintain and update data in Excel (an essential daily tool)


• Participate in improving recruitment processes

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume recruitment


• Experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or transportation workplace is an asset


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment


• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously






• Academic background in HR (Human Resources) is an asset
