Join Eat Local Muskoka as a Market Garden Manager, where organic agriculture meets community support. Manage farming operations and foster growth in a vibrant workplace. In this full time position, you will be responsible for all aspects of running our farm located near Fenelon Falls.

Work alongside a dedicated team, implementing essential crop plans and overseeing sustainable practices to enhance our community-supported agriculture program. Candidates must be willing to tackle the physical demands of farming and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily farm operations and vegetable production
Develop crop plans and manage harvesting
Operate irrigation systems and farm machinery
Train and mentor a team of young farmers
Build partnerships with CSA and local markets Requirements:
2 years of market gardening experience required
Solid understanding of organic practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Possess a valid driver’s license
