Offer first and second level tech support in office and remotely
Setup and maintain hardware and software systems
Diagnose software/hardware problems and coordinate repairs
Manage ITSM incident tickets with timely responses
Assist in staff training and knowledge sharing Requirements:
DEC in a relevant specialty or equivalent
Strong skills in troubleshooting IT issues
Experience with audio-visual technologies
Proficient in English (advanced) and French (intermediate)
