Conduct functional and fitness assessments under physiotherapist's guidance
Create and oversee exercise and work conditioning plans
Track and record client progress through regular testing
Facilitate educational orientations for clients
Ensure detailed documentation of client return-to-work plans Requirements:
Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma required
At least 2 years of experience preferred
