You will participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program, which includes traveling to the U.S. for company-sponsored training sessions. As you mentor with sales specialists, you will enhance your product knowledge while assisting with customer site installations. Key Responsibilities:
Engage in a structured sales training program
Travel to customer locations across Canada and the U.S.
Collaborate with installation and customer service teams
Participate in workshops and complete pre/post training tasks
Build relationships with clients through effective communication Requirements:
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Bachelor’s degree is required
Willing to travel extensively during training
Must have a valid passport for U.S. training
