Help maintain financial integrity at Jones Healthcare Group as an Accounting Associate. This role involves managing payments, reconciliations, and inventory control while ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to the Controller & Customer Operations Leader, you will engage in daily financial activities for the Canadian Pharmacy & Medication Adherence business.

Your expertise in accounts reconciliation and customer support will contribute to effective operational efficiency and compliance across financial records. Key Responsibilities:
Apply customer payments accurately in the ERP system
Conduct account reconciliations and investigate issues
Review and process invoices and expenses for compliance
Support collections by monitoring outstanding receivables
Assist in inventory control and month-end support Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or a related field
At least three years of experience in accounting
Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
