Responsibilities
Advise PE sponsors, strategics, and deal counsel on RWI strategy across M&A; transactions (domestic, US and cross-border).
Build and maintain relationships with PE firms, M&A; lawyers, and bankers to drive recent deal flow.
In depth analysis of M&A; deal terms, diligence reports,



policy wordings to mitigate potential risks.
Thought leadership activities, client entertainment, networking, attending relevant industry events.

Qualifications
JD with 8+ years of M&A; experience at a top-tier law firm.

Required Skills
Solid mix of private and public transaction reps.
Excellent communicator — this role lives or dies on relationships.
Commercially minded, comfortable being client-facing from day one.

Significant compensation upside (base + performance).
