Our client seeks four dedicated consultants to deliver direct floor-walking and desk-side support, ensuring users can efficiently navigate current technology implementations. Candidates must possess solid troubleshooting capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset, handling a variety of incidents and working directly with users in the mining environment. Key Responsibilities:
Offer proactive desk-side and floor support
Log and manage user incidents effectively
Troubleshoot login, MFA, and access issues
Collaborate with application teams for resolutions
Document detailed troubleshooting actions Requirements:
Robust Tier 1 and Tier 2 support background
Experienced in desktop or service-desk roles
