Manage end-to-end accounting for property portfolios
Lead financial closing processes on a schedule
Ensure accurate bank and ledger reconciliations
Develop complete financial statements with explicit analyses
Streamline procedures and ensure compliance with controls Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
CPA designation preferred
Five years of experience in property accounting
Robust knowledge of Yardi and technology solutions
