The Maintenance

Lead oversees critical mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance processes. This role requires a strategic focus on planning and executing maintenance activities that support operational excellence. You will coordinate with diverse teams and manage resources effectively to enhance equipment reliability and safety. With a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this position calls for a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintenance practices. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the area maintenance planning process
Facilitate coordination of daily maintenance tasks
Provide support for outages and major repairs




Ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance tasks
Foster a collaborative team workplace for success Requirements:
Journeyperson certification in a relevant field
Extensive experience in oil and gas maintenance operations
In-depth knowledge of production facilities
Familiarity with SCADA, Excel, and SAP systems
