Take the lead on health and safety initiatives at River Cree Resort as the Manager of Health & Safety Programs. Ensure compliance with Alberta Occupational Health & Safety regulations and promote a proactive safety culture. In this managerial role, you will be responsible for the execution and ongoing maintenance of the Health & Safety Program within the Resort.

Leading a dedicated committee, you will support all departments in regulatory compliance while enhancing safety training and communication efforts. Your focus on continuous evaluation and risk management will be key to the program's success. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs
Lead and mentor the Health & Safety Committee




Ensure departmental compliance with safety regulations
Act as the main contact for safety best practices
Evaluate effectiveness and make improvement recommendations Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Health & Safety discipline
CRSP certification mandatory
Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of Alberta safety laws
