As a Utility Operator, you will play a critical part in maintaining the mill’s cleanliness and assisting in operational activities. This hands-on position allows you to contribute to a significant output of high-quality flour and cereal products, ensuring the highest standards of food safety. Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily cleaning tasks as per the Master Cleaning Schedule
Maintain mill cleanliness and manage cleaning supplies
Support pest control efforts through integrated management
Test incoming wheat to meet quality specifications
Document wheat receiving data and report incidents Requirements:
Experience in food production or manufacturing is advantageous
Shipping and receiving experience preferred
Capability to work on 12-hour shifts
Effective oral and written communication skills
