Direct protected navigation and docking operations
Lead the implementation of the Company’s Management System
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
Report and prevent hazardous incidents effectively
Keep training and certification records updated Requirements:
Master, Near Coastal Certificate of Competency
Proven experience in confined water navigation
Knowledge of safety and management systems
Effective interpersonal communication skills
