Join the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre team to foster a secure and enjoyable aquatic workplace for all. In this full time position, work closely with the Aquatics Manager to operate the center and ensure the highest standards of safety and training. Your ability to supervise lifeguards and instructors will be essential in maintaining program quality and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager for operational success
Provide lifeguarding and swimming instruction services
Supervise aquatic staff, including training and scheduling
Propose current program ideas and ensure existing programs are effective
Maintain accurate records and required reports Requirements:
Current National Lifeguard Award necessary
Valid Swim for Life Instructor Certification required
At least two additional current certifications
Minimum one year experience in leadership aquatics role
