Become a Rehabilitation Aide at Optima Living, where you empower residents to meet their mobility goals through individualized rehabilitation strategies. This position focuses on person-centered care, enhancing the lives of seniors. In your role, you will work under the direction of the Physiotherapist and report to the Director of Care.

Assist in developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans
Execute rehabilitation exercises as guided by the physiotherapist
Observe and report changes in residents' abilities




Educate residents and families on rehabilitation best practices

Recognized qualification in rehabilitation support or recreation therapy
