In this part time position, you will teach and evaluate Lifesaving Society courses, ensuring that participants meet the necessary safety criteria.

Design lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and support participants' journey towards certification. Engage with community initiatives and collaborate with other staff to enhance program offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Teach and examine participants in Lifesaving courses
Implement lesson plans based on participant needs
Ensure compliance with safety and lifeguarding standards
Coach participants and help them reach their goals
Participate in Y programs and special events Requirements:
Valid Lifesaving Society certifications required
Instructing experience in Lifesaving is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
