Collaborating with therapy teams, you will create engaging, adaptive learning experiences that align with individualized support plans. Your expertise in early childhood education will enhance the inclusive practices of room staff, promoting healthy developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities:
Work with therapy teams to embed strategies into activities
Adapt programming based on student needs and ISPs




Support inclusivity through peer interactions and play
Keep detailed records of developmental progress
Collaborate on multidisciplinary ISP reviews Requirements:
ECE Level 2 or 3 certification is preferred
At least 2 years of early intervention experience required
Understanding of play-based learning principles
Robust organizational and independent work skills
