Excel in highway maintenance leadership as a Highway Supervisor with Miller Group. Manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and foster team growth for effective service delivery. In this role, you will lead highway maintenance operations while ensuring compliance with the Ministry Directed Maintenance Contract.

As a supervisor, you will allocate resources, provide daily coaching, and coordinate with MTO representatives to optimize safety and performance across all operations. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure MDMC compliance and performance standards
Optimize personnel and equipment usage
Build solid relationships with MTO and key stakeholders
Coach Patrol Supervisors for effective operations
Oversee fleet management and lifecycle maintenance Requirements:
5+ years of supervisory experience in highway maintenance
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Valid Class G Driver’s License; DZ preferred
Financial acumen for budgeting and cost evaluation
