This position involves supporting program delivery, establishing connections with residents and families, and contributing to the administrative side of operations. Driving residents for community outings will also be a vital part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Support a variety of programs and resident-centered events
Create and distribute daily activity communications
Build robust connections within the community
Drive the bus for resident outings
Assist administrative functions as needed Requirements:
Degree/diploma in relevant fields such as Gerontology
Experience in geriatric care programming preferred
Valid driver's license and/or willingness to acquire
Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
