The General

Accountant position provides a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and performance. As part of the Finance team at Arconas, your analytical expertise will help shape our financial strategies. You’ll be responsible for preparing financial statements, supporting month-end processes, and conducting critical performance analyses. Your cooperative nature will also strengthen teamwork across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses
Support year-end close and audit processes
Process payroll and intercompany transactions
Assist in budgeting and bank covenant reporting Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting principles
Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
