SkyAcres is looking for a Head Grower and Agronomist in Surrey, BC to lead indoor farming innovation. This contract role offers the prospect to optimize production for romaine, strawberries, and tomatoes. You will play a critical role in managing the agronomy function, reporting to the CEO while fostering scientific approaches to crop growth.

This hands-on position will require you to analyze growing conditions, implement pest management strategies, and document improvements to ensure the best practices are shared across the organization. Collaborate effectively with a team committed to sustainable agriculture practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of agronomy for indoor crops
Create and validate protocols for pest management




Perform detailed analysis using specialized tools
Write and maintain comprehensive SOPs for crop care
