This role will allow you to utilize your animal health background to efficiently handle pet claims. As an Insurance Claims Advisor, your responsibilities will include adjudicating claims based on policy terms, and providing support to both internal teams and veterinary practices.

Your expertise will contribute to meeting corporate profitability targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate claims based on eligibility and policy language
Request and analyze medical records for adjudication
Review claim submissions for Pre-Authorizations and direct payments
Assist Insurance Advisors and Territory Managers with decisions
Support veterinary practices through the Vetline service Requirements:
Animal Health Technologist (AHT) or equivalent
Experience in a veterinary clinic is necessary
Bilingualism is an asset for Montreal applicants
Must be proficient in English for Winnipeg roles
