Assist residents with their daily care needs

Collaborate with health care specialists for continuous care Requirements:
Must be registered or eligible with the College of LPNs and HCAs
Health Care Aide Certificate completion within 18 months
Preferably have experience in Continuing Care
CCHSS or equivalent training preferred
