Oversee complex incidents in Windows and Linux settings
Participate in platform projects and service transitions
Create and refine automation scripts using Git and Azure DevOps
Provide critical technical design support for infrastructure
Enhance monitoring and vulnerability management processes Requirements:

Demonstrable Azure and VMware operational background
Robust proficiency in troubleshooting and incident management
