This onsite role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing machinery to meet customer needs. As a Field Technician, you will interact with customers, ensuring open communication about repairs.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will tackle a variety of maintenance and inspection tasks. We prioritize continuous improvement, so your mechanical skills will greatly contribute to our service goals. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and complete repairs on material handling equipment
Maintain consistent communication with the Service Dispatcher
Prepare and order parts as needed
Keep accurate documentation for work processes

5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience
2+ years of experience with aerial lifts
Mechanical competence with hydraulics and electric engines
Robust interpersonal skills for customer interaction
